Job function:
Primarily to prepare, cut, assemble, fit and weld various alloyed steel to repair aggregate and mining equipment. This position requires flexibility to assist in mechanical assembling of new and used equipment as required.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge/experience performing weld repair/build-up on mild and cast steel.
• Able to read blue prints.
• Able to fit to tight tolerances.
• Able to work in a safety oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Dedicated to producing a quality product.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.
• Experienced in a “lean” environment.
• Able to suggest improvements in the product or the process.
• Able to communicate well – verbal and written.
